From then on we will collect the rent every month, transfer the money within 24 hours of receipt, send you a rent statement to accompany the payment, create a detailed inventory of the property and use it to do a thorough check in and check out inspection also register and de-register tenants from the utlity providers, we do 3 monthly inspections and provide you a report of the property. We also have a wealth of qualified tradesmen at hand to take care of any maintenance issues that arise or if you would like to refurbish your property.
Our tradesmen range from gas engineers, electricians, plumbers, handymen and decoraters, all of which we have used for a number of years and have provided us with good quality work at an affordable price.
